The one thing this glutenista misses the most is a great beer.  Luckily, an incredible artisanal cider company started just across the river from me, so we've been riding on the Crispin Cider fan-wagon since the beginning.  More innovative, less sugary and frankly, cooler, than its cider counterparts, Crispin Cider is more akin to a hip craft beer, that happens to be gluten-free!
