Gluten-Free Cake Pops Recipe & Gluten-Free Cake Balls
Gluten-Free Cake Balls & Gluten-Free Cake Pops are a fantastic way to inject a little gluten-free fun into your sweets. Gluten-Free Cake Pops are so easy to make & full of endless decorating possibilities, these will put a smile on all of your gluten-free (& gluten-full) friend's faces! Enjoy!
1 Box Betty Crocker Gluten-Free Cake Mix or a gluten-free cake recipe of your choice
1 Tub Betty Crocker/Pillsbury Frosting (GF)
1 Bag Wilton Candy Melts (GF), Almond Bark or Chocolate
·Prepare cake according to directions, bake
·Let cool for a few minutes, then break apart cake with spoon
·Dump cake into bowl with frosting, mix thoroughly & place in fridge or freezer to cool
·Once cold, roll into 1 inch balls & place on baking sheet in freezer. For cake pops, insert sticks into melted chocolate, insert into balls & then place in freezer
·Heat candy melts in microwave (or in double-boiler). ½ power for 30 sections, stir. Repeat in 10-15 second increments
·In small batches, remove balls from & dip in chocolate.
·Decorate immediately & dry
