1 Box Betty Crocker Gluten-Free Cake Mix or a gluten-free cake recipe of your choice
1 Tub Betty Crocker/Pillsbury Frosting (GF) 1 Bag Wilton Candy Melts (GF), Almond Bark or Chocolate ·Prepare cake according to directions, bake ·Let cool for a few minutes, then break apart cake with spoon ·Dump cake into bowl with frosting, mix thoroughly & place in fridge or freezer to cool ·Once cold, roll into 1 inch balls & place on baking sheet in freezer. For cake pops, insert sticks into melted chocolate, insert into balls & then place in freezer ·Heat candy melts in microwave (or in double-boiler). ½ power for 30 sections, stir.
