Wynn Buffett - Unlike the Bellagio Buffet, items were clearly labeled with allergen information and the staff was very helpful/knowledgable. Actually ALL restaurants at the Wynn have a gluten-free menu, making it a great place to stay. Craftsteak - All of the restaurants in the Craft empire have been accommodating since we first ate at Craft in NYC in 2003. The Hen of the Woods mushrooms are amazing! Serendipity 3's Frozen Hot Chocolate is naturally gluten-free!
